After speaking with Joan Archer, PhD, J.D., a partner with Husch Blackwell, I could understand how passionate Husch Blackwell is to be involved in AgGateway.

Archer stated that it was word of mouth from one of their clients that led to their AgGateway membership. Husch Blackwell has joined the Data Privacy and Security Committee,  which provides a support forum to discuss opportunities, risks and standards associated with data privacy, protection, security and sharing. Husch Blackwell brings years of data privacy experience to the table, and the firm’s attorneys are excited to get started. They have worked with several precision ag companies on data privacy and other issues for several years.
